External Providers (SWD)
Parents may seek to engage with external service providers when their child requires additional health, therapy, or wellbeing support. In order to do so, an agreement must be formed between the school (Principal or delegate), the service provider and the parents. Parents and service providers must read and complete the following forms.

External providers must have a current Working with Children Check WA, have a NDIS Worker Screening Check or National Police Clearance, complete CEWA Child Protection and Mandatory Reporting Online Training annually, and agree to the conditions of the CEWA Code of Conduct.

Contractors
Contractors employed to work onsite must have all the relevant licences required to meet their role and abide by the schools Work Health and Safety standards, and Crisis Management procedures. They must engage in induction before commencing their work and be aware of the schools asbestos register which is located in the office. The contractors induction checklist can be found HERE.
